Charles Williams

Charles Henry Williams, 85, of Locust, NC went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 15, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Charlie was born July 1, 1932 in Stanly County, NC to the late Sidney Franklin Williams and the late Rettie Bell Williams.
He was also preceded in death by his brothers Roy Williams, Joseph Williams and Ellis Williams; and sister Laura Bell Morgan.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Arwilda Hinson Williams of the home; daughter Deborah Hathcock; son Dale Williams and wife Sandy; granddaughters Crystal Watson, Kim Hathcock, Kristin Honeycutt; grandson Kyle Williams; eight great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and sister Elsie Alietta Furr.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Kinza Memorial Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm officiated by Rev. Dr. Darrell Nance. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
