Ernestine Smith

Ernestine Berry Smith, 78, of Albemarle, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022.

Tina was born December 15, 1943 in South Carolina to the late Ernest Irwin Berry and the late Viola Berry. She was also preceded in death by her twin daughters, Ellen Woodling and Helen Keller.

Tina loved the Lord, she loved her husband, loved her family, and she loved people. She will be missed dearly by all that knew her.

The family will have a Private funeral service officiated by Pastor Tim Simmons.

Survivors include loving husband of 40 years, Roy Lee Smith, Jr. of Albemarle, NC, daughters, Barbara Rogers, Sharon Howle, Tammy Nevling, stepson, Roy Lee Smith III, and stepdaughter, Rhonda Somerhiser; sisters, Margaret (Jimmy) Douglas, and Sandra (Tommy) Evans; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
