Kris Allen VanGilder

Kris Allen VanGilder, 57, of Stanfield, passed away Monday, June 5, 2023 at his home in Stanfield.

Kris was born July 13, 1965 in Ohio to the late Harold and the late Luella VanGilder.
He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Marvin and Melvin; and long time partner, Lynn.

Kris dedicated his life to the racing industry where he spent the past 30 years making the industry safer.

The funeral service will be on Saturday June 10, 2023 at 11:00 am at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland.

Survivors include daughter, Ashley (Jeremy); son, William (Heather); grandchildren, Aubrey, Andrew, and Cora; sister, Connie Young (Randy); multiple nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Bandit.
