Nancy Safrit

Nancy Viola Safrit, 86, of West End, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at Seven Lakes Assisted Living and Memory Care in West End.

Nancy was born September 19, 1936 in Iredell County to the late Henry Gerome Morgan and the late Viola Morgan. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Rex Hoyt Safrit.

A graveside service will be held at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church Cemetery at 4500 Rimer Road, Concord, officiated by Reverend Rafe Allison.

Survivors include son, Stephen Hoyt Safrit of Gwynn’s Island VA; daughter, Jacara E. Safrit of Yuma AZ; son, Charles Allen Safrit of Mount Gilead NC, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Moore County NC.
