Agnes Easley Alexander, 95, of Concord, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Morningside Assisted Living in Concord.
Agnes was born February 22, 1925 in Cabarrus County, North Carolina to the late John Walker Easley and the late Lucy Easley.
She was also preceded in death by husband, Carroll Alexander, daughter, Sandra Harris, and her brothers and sisters.
There will be a drop-in style visitation from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, Thursday, February 18, 2021 at Hartsell Funeral Home in Harrisburg. An intimate invitation only funeral service will be on Thursday at Harrisburg Presbyterian Church, officiated by Meg Skidmore. A private graveside service will be held at the Harrisburg Presbyterian Church Cemetery at a later date.
Survivors include daughters, Angela (George) Pesich of Harrisburg, NC and Cenie (Ron) Smith of Raleigh, NC; grandchildren, Natalie, Amanda, Vickie, Elizabeth, Ginny, Caroline, and Nicholas; and great-grandchildren, Jack, Nevada, Chloe, and Vegas.
Agnes was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and friend. She was the executive secretary for Chadbourn Gotham for16 years then worked as Clerk of Court for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg court system. Agnes loved cooking for her family and friends and was also a wonderful seamstress. She loved her church and working with the Women of the Church was one of her greatest joys.
Memorials may be made to Harrisburg Presbyterian Church.
