Albert Vint, Jr

Albert Edwin Vint, Jr., 85, of Richfield, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2012 in Carolinas Medical Center in Concord. Mr. Vint was born January 27, 1927 in Pocahontas County, West Virginia to the late Albert Edwin Vint, Sr. and Lynnwood McCall Vint. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Beth Vint Tucker in 1991. He enjoyed working puzzles and reading. He retired from Concord Telephone Company and worked 20 years at Wiscasset Mills. Survivors include his loving wife of 63 years, Sue Frick Vint; his sons, Eddie Vint and his wife, Maria Jose, of Toledo, Spain and Lindsay Parks Vint and his wife, Priscilla, of Albemarle; his daughter, Lisa Anne Jordan of Hillsborough; his grandchildren, Lucas Jordan, Melissa Vint, and Amelia Vint; his niece, Deborah Oberle and her husband, Will, of Pasadena, Maryland; and his sister, Margaret Rose Wilfong of Severn, Maryland.
