Alice A Pace

Alice A. Pace, 92, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2024 at Morningside Assisted Living (Concord, NC) in the care of Hospice of Cabarrus County. Born on May 28, 1932, Alice was the third of four children born in Jersey City, NJ to the late Thomas and Jean Michalski. Alice was preceded in death by her son, John J. Pron Jr., her first husband, John J. Pron and her second husband, Vincent Pace. Alice leaves behind her daughter-in-law, Sharon Pron, grandson, Michael J. (Jennifer) Pron and granddaughter, Tracey L. (Ryan) Rader along with five great grandchildren: James Hale, Lianna Pron, Brooke Rader, Austin Rader and Jason Pron.

 Alice grew up in Jersey City, NJ, but moved to Cape Coral, FL with her second husband, Vincent. Alice spent over 30 years in the Cape Coral area where she enjoyed her life with Vincent, created memories on their boat, volunteered with her church, loved her “Shorty Boy” cockatiel and made many friends. Alice agreed to move to NC with her grandchildren in February where she enjoyed close family time. She entered the care of Hospice of Cabarrus County in April and was beautifully cared for until she took her last breath.

 Alice will be cremated and her family will gather privately to honor her memory. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Alice’s name to Hospice of Cabarrus County.
