Alyene Troutman Brewer, 85 years of age, of Harrisburg, peacefully went to Heaven on Friday, January 27, 2017 at her home.
Mrs. Brewer was born May 27, 1931 in Carter County, TN to the late David Troutman and the late Polly Harrell Troutman. She was also preceded in death in 2006 by husband, R.J. Brewer; baby son, Richard Dean Brewer and son-in-law, Ronnie D. Blackwell.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM , Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will follow in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM officiated by Rev. Rody Carland. Honorary Pallbearers are Michael Blackwell, David Buck, Jeremiah Buck, Isaac Buck, Paul Kramer, Wyatt Watson, and Michael Carpenter.
Survivors include daughter, Victoria Blackwell of Harrisburg; grandson, Michael Julian Blackwell of Charlotte; granddaughter, Julia Marie Blackwell and partner, Paul Kramer of Boston, MA; nephew, David Buck and wife Lydia of Harrisburg; other family members, Jeremiah and Jill Buck and their children, Wyatt and Lylah of Fort Mill, SC, Isaac and Gretchen Buck and their daughter, Lily of Raleigh, Rebekah Buck of Harrisburg; and sister-in-law, Rosella Richardson of Roan Mountain, TN.
She is also survived by her special friends, Somer Jones, Peggy Coughlin, Val Gerbasi, Donald Perkins, Jerry Perkins, and her special hospice angels, Dr. Hopper, Rosanne, Lisa, Adrianne, Mickey, and Jennifer.
