Amber Herrin

Amber Leigh Herrin, 33, of Albemarle, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Carolina Hospital Systems of Marion County, SC. She was born February 12, 1980 in Stanly County to Michael Felix Swaringen of Albemarle and Tammy Smith Swaringen and special friend, Kevin Barnes, of Stanfield. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, J.R. Swaringen, Georgia Swaringen;and Ernest Smith. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 19, 2013, from 6 PM until 8 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home in Albemarle. The funeral service will be at Lakeview Baptist Church, Pennington Road, Albemarle on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 2 PM with a 30 minute state prior to the service. Rev. Tab Whitley and Rev. Davey Goble will officiate. Burial will follow at the Fairview Memorial Park in Albemarle, NC. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Shane Herrin of Albemarle; son, Michael Swaringen of Stanfield; son, Peyton Herrin of Albemarle, NC; and grandmother, Elizabeth Smith Saunders of Albemarle.
