Amy Garmon

Amy Leigh Venia Garmon, 41, of Mount Pleasant, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2020.

Amy was born June 10, 1978 in Toledo, Ohio to Michael and Kathlene Venia.  She was also preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Walter "Babe" and Ethel Nidek; paternal grandparents, Robert and Hazel Venia; father-in-law, Michael Mattia.

A graveside service in celebration of Amy's life will be held on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 11:00 am at West Concord Cemetery, 331 Union Cemetery Rd SW, Concord NC, officiated by Rev. Bobby Tallent.

In addition to her parents, Amy is survived by husband, Jake Garmon; daughter, Alexandra Bodford; daughter, Briana Bodford; son, Gage Blasingim; son, Landon Garmon; daughter, Sophia Garmon; and brother, Brandon Venia and wife, Erinn Scalzo-Venia; mother-in-law, Deborah Mattia; and nieces, Keegan, Kenna and Kayleigh.
