Amy Havens

Amy Lavonne Shedd Havens, age 38 of Albemarle, passed away on July 20, 2012 at Stanly Regional Medical Center, Albemarle. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 25, at her home from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM. A memorial service will follow at 5:00 PM at her home. At other times, the family will meet at her home. Born September 15, 1973 in Broome County, NY, she was the daughter of Darryl Raymond Shedd and Lois Marie Purdy Shedd. She is survived by her husband, Christopher Lee Havens of the home; sons, Christopher Weaver, Daniel Havens and Austin Havens all of Albemarle; sister, Tracey Davis of TN; paternal grandmother, Peggy Schopf; aunt, Karen Doolittle; best friend, Nicole Sanderson. She was a homemaker and loving mother to her three beautiful boys. Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Havens family.
