Angelina Stikeleather

Angelina Rose Pagoota Stikeleather, 88, of Midland, passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Carrington Place in Matthews.

Mrs. Stikeleather was born May 27, 1931 in North Carolina to the late William Martin and Susie Smith Pagoota. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Eugene Stikeleather; brothers, James, Carl, Charlie, Bobby and William Pagoota. Angelina was affectionately known as the "Walmart Queen". She enjoyed fishing and shopping but will be most remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 10:45 am, Monday, June 3, 2019 at United Love Baptist Church, 11487 Flowes Store Rd., Midland. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 am, officiated by Rev. Marvin Tyson. Burial will conclude in the church cemetery.

Angelina is survived by, sons, Clayton Pressley and wife Brenda, and Bill Pressley; daughters, Deborah Elaine Pressley, and Brenda Williams Long and husband Danny; 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and brother, Larry Pagoota.
