Anna Caudill

Anna Lou Moore Caudill, 81, of 2486 Christenbury Hall Court NW, Concord, passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at Brookdale Clare Bridge Assisted Living Center of Concord. She was born on June 10, 1929 in Stanton County, Kentucky to the late Edgar Moore and the late Mary King Moore. Anna was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed embroidery. A visitation will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 from 12:30 until 1:30 pm. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the chapel with Dr. Todd Tanner officiating. Burial will be at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis. At other times, the family will be meeting at the home. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Paul Caudill Sr., who passed away on February 28, 2001, as well as numerous brothers and sisters. She is survived by son, James Caudill Jr., of Concord, NC; daughters, Paula Abney, of California, Linda Horger, of South Dakota, Sandy Rink, of Mt. Gilead, NC, Lisa Ellis, of California; brother, Johnny Moore, of Clay City, Kentucky; 14 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.
