Anna Kinley

Anna Lee Kinley passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Gordon Hospice House in Statesville, NC.  Born in Brevard, NC on May 29, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Floy Mull.  She was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Kinley.
Her greatest joy was caring for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She was active in both Rocky Ridge UMC, Fairview UMC and Water Exercise at the Citizens Center and especially enjoyed spending time with her friends.  The family would like to thank each of them for their unwavering love and support.
She is survived by her son, Robert L Kinley and wife Brenda and grandchildren; Jennifer K Shaver and husband Jeffrey and Patrick R Kinley and wife Karen.  She had 5 great-grandchildren;   Matthew, Erin, London, Hunter and Colton.  Also a sister, Sarah Metcalf, sister-in-law, Elizabeth Mull and numerous nephews and nieces.
She was buried at Rocky Ridge United Methodist Church in a private graveside service officiated by Rev. Tam Wensil, Rev.  Brian C. Allen and Dr. Susan Harrison.  A memorial service will be held on November 19, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Fairview United Methodist Church, 1430 Mecklenburg Highway, Mt. Mourne, NC.  The family will receive following the service.
