Annette Brklacich

Annette Sides Brklacich, age 59 of 2507 S. Ocean Boulevard, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29582, passed away on July 2, 2011 at her home. The family will receive friends from 6 pm until 7 pm Friday July 8, at Hartsell Funeral Home – Albemarle. A memorial service will follow immediately after in Hartsell Funeral Home’s Lefler Memorial Chapel. The Rev. George Bradshaw will officiate. Annette was born in Stanly County on January 16, 1952 to the late Jimmie Frederick Sides and Kathleen Andrew Sides who survives her. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Sybil Sides Linker. Annette attended West Stanly High School and was a graduate of Albemarle High School. She was a Rotary International, Paul Harris Fellow recipient. She was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church. Mrs. Brklacich is survived by her spouse Antone “Tony” Brklacich of the home; one son, William Kelly Russell of Bangkok, Thailand; one daughter, Tina Russell Black of Nashville, TN; one step-daughter, Toni Brklacich Smathers of Raleigh, NC; one sister, Renae Sides Buller of Albemarle; three grandchildren, William Kelly Russell II, Skyler Austin Black, and Nicholas Ryan Smathers. Annette My Love, You were my best friend, my companion and lover. My life will be lost without you. You still are and always will be my soul mate for life and eternity. As you continue your journey alone, know that when the time is right I will join you for eternity. Your husband Tony.
