Annie Belvin

Annie Willene Hinson Belvin, 86, of Mooresville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, January 25, 2021 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Belvin was born December 31, 1934 in Stanly County to the late Arthur Lee Hinson and Essie Mae Tucker Hinson.  She was also preceded in death by the love of her life and husband of 65 years, Glenn(Punch) Belvin; son, Larry Ray Belvin; siblings, Banks Hinson, Seburn Clonnie Hinson, Ruby H. Earnhardt, Ramelle H. Reagan.

Mrs. Belvin was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all. Her hobbies included gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include daughter, Wanda Belvin Williams Severt and husband, Jeff, of Concord; granddaughter, Alecia Smith and husband, Michael, of Mooresville; granddaughter, Michele Stough and husband, Gary, of Concord; great-grandchildren, Haley Cottrell and husband, Daniel, of Concord, and Madison, Chloeann and Parker Smith of Mooresville; sister, Joyce Hinson Lambert, of Mount Pleasant; nieces, Linda H. Dennis, Sherry Earnhardt, and Jamie Moon, nephews; Randy Earnhardt, Ty Earnhardt, Roger Lambert, and Jay Lowe.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 3:45 pm, Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 pm in the funeral home chapel, officiated by Rev. Stuart Owens.

The Belvin family expresses their gratitude to all friends and family who have been supportive during this time.
