Anthony Zimmer

Anthony George Zimmer “Tony,” age 59 (D.O.B. 01/13/52), dearly loved husband and father passed away December 15, 2011 at CMC Northeast, Concord. A memorial service will be held Thursday, December 22nd, at the North Campus of Hickory Grove Baptist Church, 2350 Odell School Road, Charlotte, NC, and will be officiated by Reverend Marvin Tyson. He was the beloved husband of 39 years to Carole Anne, and cherished father to Becky Zimmer (Hattiesburg, MS) and Adam Zimmer (fiancée Corinne Russell) (both of Melbourne, FL). He was preceded in death by his father, Frank G. Zimmer, and his mother, Mary W. Zimmer. He also leaves brother, Frank A. Zimmer of Matthews, NC and sister, Theresa Menyes, of Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
