Antony Soniya Rajapandy

A ntony Soniya Rajapandy, 33, of Lansdale, Pennsylvania passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2020.

Soniya was born July 1, 1987 in Tamilnadu, India to Rajapandi Antony Pitchi and Thanis Selvi Rajapandi.

She was a kind-hearted, fun, loving and spiritual girl right from childhood.  She made everyone happy and helped the poor and the needy in every possible way.  She loved children very much.  She was involved in church activities including catechism classes for children and also spent time in orphanages.  She also had the utmost respect for the elderly and enjoyed spending time serving in nursing homes.  Soniya was the bridge in keeping family and friends connected.  If someone spent a few hours with her, they would remember her for a lifetime. Please continue to keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers; as family was everything to Soniya.

The funeral mass will be at 10 am on Friday, September 11, 2020 at Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church, officiated by Father Basile N. Sede.  Visitation from noon until 3:30 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Harrisburg. Burial will be at 4:00 pm at Carolina Memorial Park in Harrisburg.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her beloved husband, Joyson Selvan;  their beautiful daughter, Sheryl Christella Joyson; and sisters, Silviya Mary Rajapandi, Sowmiya Rajapandi.
