Arthur Love

Arthur Thomas Love, known by all as "Tommy," 51 years of age, of Oakboro, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at his home. Tommy was born February 2, 1962 in North Carolina to the late Arthur Brown Love and the late Wilma Mae Whitley Love . The family will hold a private service. Survivors include his former wife and best friend, Cathy Bivens of Oakboro; one son, Trent Thomas Love; two grandsons, Levi Cannon and Trey Love; sister, Robin Eatman and husband, Tim of Polkton; and niece, Jasmine Eatman of Albemarle. Tommy was a passionate "Pop Pop" and uncle. He loved guns and was a short wave radio operator. He was known far and wide as "Bulldog" and was loved by many. Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Love family.
