Arthur Moore

Arthur Barwick Moore, 74, of Harrisburg, NC, passed away Monday, January 18, 2021.

Art was born July 2, 1946 in Spartanburg SC to the late Harvey and Alma Moore.  He was also preceded in death by his brother, Keith Moore.

Art graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee.  After graduation, he moved to California with his friends and later fell in love with Lake Tahoe.  He enjoyed working as a real estate agent until his retirement.  Art loved the outdoors, especially water-skiing, snow-skiing, cycling, hiking and camping.  He dearly loved all animals.

Survivors include his sister, Lucy Steele of Harrisburg, NC; niece, Tammy Anderson of Harrisburg, NC; nephew, Jeff Moore and wife, Kathy, of Mt. Pleasant, NC; nephew, Michael Moore of Harrisburg, NC; niece, Wendy Steele of Granite Falls, NC; great nieces, Savannah and Madison Moore; and great nephew, Hunter Moore.
