Autumn Marie Maples

Autumn Marie Maples, 10, went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 1:47 p.m.

 Autumn was born August 22, 2014 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Bryan and Abby Maples where she spent the first four years of her life. In 2019 Autumn and her family relocated to Albemarle, North Carolina. Autumn made the decision to follow Jesus August 2019 and to get baptized May 2021. Autumn was an amazing daughter, sister, niece, and friend. She was an excellent student and excelled academically while attending Park Ridge Christian School. Autumn loved all things nature and animals and planned to become a Veterinarian when she was older. She had such a deep love for life, family and friends. She will be truly missed on this side of Heaven but we hold the assurance that this is not “goodbye” just “see ya later.” 

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. - 1:45 p.m., Saturday, September 28, 2024 at  Albemarle First Assembly, 1501 NC-24 Albemarle, NC  28001. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Nate Drye. 

Autumn is survived by; Her parents Bryan and Abby Maples in Albemarle, NC and brother Brantley Maples; Grandparents Papa (Wayne Feldhacker), Nana (Alicia Feldhacker), Mimi (Debra Feldhacker) of Creston, IA; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

Autumn was preceded in death by her Papaw (Milton “Mickey” Maples) and Mawmaw (Debbie Maples).
