Barbara Lambert

Barbara Ann Lambert, 69, of Kannapolis, passed away Friday, November 16, 2012 at CMC-Northeast in Concord, NC. A memorial service will be held at Hartsell Funeral home, 460 Branchview Dr. Concord Sunday November 18, 2012 at 4:00pm with Reverend Tim Whittington and Reverend Tim Yates officiating. The family will gather with friends following the service. Mrs. Lambert was born February 9, 1943 in Cherryville, NC to the late John Preston Spake and Thelma Bess Baxter. She worked for many years as a hairstylist and enjoyed painting as well as many crafts. She is survived by her husband. Jerry Lambert; sons Kelly Dickson and his wife Donna, Michael Dickson and his wife Kelly, Roger Lambert and his wife Janet, Lynn Lambert and his wife Vanessa; daughter Teresa Wade and her husband Jeff; brother, Donald Spake and his wife Janice, Jerry Baxter and his wife Dale; 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Unity United Methodist Church Mobile Meals, 8505 Unity Church Rd. Kannapolis, NC 28101. Hartsell Funeral Home, Concord is serving the family.
