Barbara Weeks

Barbara Mary Weeks, 80, of cary, NC and formally of Concord died Tuesday, December 21, 2010. Barbara had a positive influence on many people as a aubstance abuse counselor. She also cherished her personal relationships during her 48 years of sobriety. her motherly advice and words of encourgement will forever remain in the hearts and minds of everyone that knew her. Survived by: son, Robert "Bob" Weeks (Mary) of Fort Mill,SC; daughters, Stephanie Studdard (Jim) of Apex, NC and Marcia Allen (Greg) of Harrisburg, NC and her grandchildren jennifer Allen, Josh and Carrie Studdard, and Jade Weeks. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 27, 2010 at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord from 6 until 8 PM. A Graveside service will be held at Charlotte Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at 1 PM. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made toHospice of Wake County or North Cary Baptist Church. Hartsell Funeral Home Concord is serving the Weeks family with local arrangements.
