Barrett Freeman

Barrett Nathaniel Freeman blessed us with 13 beautiful days of life on Earth, before gaining his angel wings on Sunday, June 2, 2019.

Barrett was born May 20, 2019 in Concord to Joshua Samuel Freeman and Ashelyn Rana Duvall of Kannapolis.  He is also survived by his sister, Aubree Joy Freeman.

Joshua and Ashelyn affectionately called him "Little Bear."  Barrett was a 1 pound 14 ounce baby who showed us what true love really was from day one; a beautiful baby boy that was loved by many, taken too soon.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm - 1:45 pm, Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord.  The funeral service in celebration of Barrett's life will be on Saturday at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel, officiated by Rev. Don Burleyson.  Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis.
