Beckham Harrison Long, beloved infant son of Robert and Vanessa Long, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte.
Beckham was born September 6, 2016 in Charlotte, NC. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James Barnwell, Sr. In addition to his parents, Robert Graylon Long and Vanessa Barnwell Long of Charlotte, NC; he is also survived by his brother, Desmond and his sister, Ruby; his maternal grandmother, Martha Barnwell; as well as paternal grandparents, Garry and Elizabeth Long.
Beckham brought so much joy and happiness into our lives, and even though we only got to hold him in our arms for six weeks, he will be in our hearts forever.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, Monday, October 24, 2016 at Hickory Grove Baptist Church North Campus. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 am, officiated by Pastor Kyler Smith. Burial will take place at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis, NC.
