Becky Ray

Becky Ruth Faulkenberry Ray, 72 years of age, of Locust, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.

Becky was born December 9, 1942 in Cabarrus County to the late William Henry Faulkenberry and the late Juanita Ruth Davis Faulkenberry. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Terrence Alton Ray, Sr.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Concord First Assembly Church's Prayer Place, 280 Concord Parkway, S., Suite 85 at The Village. The memorial service, officiated by Pastor Annise Johnson, will follow at 5:00 PM.

She is survived by her daughters, Psalm Ray of Locust, and Billie White of Midland; grandchildren, Lori and Sean White, both of Midland; sisters, Dianne Davis of Concord, and Beth Johnson of Polkton.

Becky loved her family and will always be remembered as being a loving mother, sister, and grandmother. She enjoyed playing cards and doing puzzles with her family. She was an avid sports fan, and loved her Crimson Tide football and March Madness. She was a faithful member of Concord First Assembly.
