Bedelia Pierantoni

Bedelia Ann Pastrana Pierantoni, 80, of Charlotte, passed away Monday, August 24, 2020 at University Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Services, Charlotte.

Bedelia was born December 10, 1939 in Manhattan, New York.  She was lovingly raised in the Bronx by the late Pedro and Jennie Pastrana.  She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Alice Anza and Lydia Rogers.

Bedelia enjoyed her career in healthcare and working for the airlines as a ticket agent. She also loved working in the hospital in Hackensack, New Jersey.  She was very creative and enjoyed crafts.  Bedelia loved cooking and working in her garden.  Most of all, Bedelia, was a loving mother, grandmother and aunt.  She will be forever loved and dearly missed.

Survivors include daughter, Kim Pierantoni of the home; son, Greg Pierantoni and wife, Gizella, of Harrisburg, NC; son, William Pastrana and wife, Christy, of Jackson Springs, NC; 6 grandchildren, Kayla Pierantoni, Emily Pierantoni, David Pierantoni, Jasmine Luna, Bella Luna and Julie Anza;  nephew, Rich Anza; her and Kim's dog, Jewels.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 2:45 pm, Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg.  The funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.
