Benjamin Dale Hatley

Benjamin Dale Hatley, 46, of Albemarle, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2024,at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte surrounded by his loving family and many adoring friends.

Benjamin was born October 26, 1977, in North Carolina to Lyndon Dale Hatley and Denise Hatley. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Lawrence C. Hatley and Evelyn Laton Hatley. Maternal grandparents James D. Eudy and Beulah Whitley Eudy.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday, February 16, 2024, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The funeral service will be on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Faith Freewill Baptist Church in New London officiated by Pastor Gene Mullis. Burial will follow at the Faith Freewill Baptist Cemetery, New London.

Survivors include mother, Denise Hatley of Albemarle, NC; Children, Micah Hatley and Gracie Hatley (Stogner) of Albemarle; sister Chanda (Terry) Waller of Albemarle; nieces, Terin and Sophie Waller and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends who loved him very much.
