Benjamin Peletski

Benjamin J  Peletski, 94, of Concord, NC, formerly of Syracuse, NY passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 20, 2019.

Mr. Peletski was born October 29, 1924 in Wilkes-Barre, PA to the late Benjamin Peletski and the late Mary Peletski. He was also preceded in death by his sister Eleanor.

Survivors include his daughters, Patrice Mullany of Concord, NC and Christine Zilnik, of Binghamton, NY; grandchildren Andrew, Michelle, Sara-Ann and Tiffany; and his brother Carl Peletski.

Mr. Peletski proudly served in the United States Navy during World War II.  He retired from Olivetti Underwood and worked part-time as a receptionist at senior living apartments in Syracuse, NY.  Mr. Peletski will be missed by his family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 10 - 10:45 a.m. at St. James the Greater Catholic Church, on Friday, October 25, 2019.  A funeral mass will follow at 11 a.m., officiated by Father Charles Donavan.  Burial will take place at Salisbury National Cemetery at a later date.
