Bernard Mclean

Bernard Herschel "B.H." McLean, 80, of Harrisburg, NC died after an extended illness Monday afternoon, June 12, 2017 at Pruitt Health - Town Center in Harrisburg with his family by his side.

Mr. McLean was born December 20, 1936 in Rockingham, North Carolina to the late Robert Clyde and Minnie (Barbour) McLean. B.H. was married in Raeford, NC to his loving and devoted wife of 58 years, the former Janet Guin, who survives. Also surviving are his daughter, Monica M. (Lorne) Cook of Mint Hill, NC, his son Colon S. McLean (Matthew Holt) of Chicago IL, two loving grandchildren, Tyler and Weston Cook, and one brother, Coy McLean of Durham, NC.

Mr. McLean retired after 50 years as owner of McLean and Associates, a manufacturer's representative company.

Memorial Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Grace Church, 2007 Stallings Road Harrisburg, NC with Rev. Doug Agnew presiding. At the family's request there will be a private burial service at a later date.

B.H. will be deeply missed by his loving and devoted family and many friends. May God grant him eternal rest.
