Bertha Bunn

Bertha (Harward) Bunn, age 87, of 12486 NC Hwy 138, Norwood, N.C., died Tuesday, July 14, 2009, at her home. She was born December 21, 1921 in Stanly County, NC. Mrs. Bunn was employed by American and Efird Mills, Albemarle and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Albemarle, NC. She was the daughter of the late John Wesley Harward and the late Hattie (Kimrey) Harward. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Walter Lee Bunn, Sr. deceased 1997 and 5 brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived by her Son-Walter Lee Bunn, Jr. and wife Gayle of Norwood, N.C. Grandsons, Johnathan Wesley Bunn of Norwood and Andrew Christopher Bunn and wife Deidra of Oakboro, NC. Great Granddaughter, Chloe Isabella Bunn Arrangements are being handled by Hartsell Funeral Home - Albemarle, P. O. Box 7, Albemarle, N.C., where the family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Thursday, July 16, 2009. Funeral service will be at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel at 2:00 PM Thursday, July 16, 2009 , Rev. Mark Little officiating. Interment will be at Norview Gardens in Norwood, N.C.
