Betty Daniels

Betty Jean Daniels, 71 years of age, of Concord, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Carolinas HealthCare System NorthEast in Concord.

Betty was born August 19, 1946 in Concord, NC, to the late James Oscar Clay and the late Etta Vernie Clay.
She was also preceded in death by eight siblings.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will be on Thursday at 1:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord and officiated by Pastor James Ward and Pastor Tim Jones. Burial will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery in Concord.

Survivors include four daughters, Regina (Devon) Tomkinson of Concord, Penny (Mark) Blythe of Mount Pleasant, Crystal (Guy) Simpson of Kannpolis, and Trisha (Wayne) Miller of Rockwell; two sisters, Carol (Gary) Sapp of Concord, and Peggy (Mike) Roach of Salisbury; and five grandchildren, Tabatha, Dale, Courtney, Elisabeth, and Holden.

"Granny Betty" loved attending church and spending time with her grandbabies.
