Betty Lee Ritchie Eudy, 84, of Monroe, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017.
Betty was born February 22, 1933 to the late Ernest Lee Ritchie and Cora Lee Shehan Ritchie. She was also preceded in death by beloved husband, Henry Davis Eudy; sister, Mary R. McAnulty; sister, Ethel R. Dorton; and brother, Spencer Lee Ritchie.
Those left to cherish Betty's memory include son, Gary L. (Angie) Eudy; daughter, Susan E. (Jimmy) Clontz; and son, Richard L. Eudy, all of Monroe; three granddaughters, Belinda (Sasson) Sarooei, Mika E. (David) Purser, and Tanya C. (Matt) Krome; three great-grandchildren, Ben and Mattie Purser, and Madison Krome.
The funeral service will be held 3:00 pm, Friday, October 6, 2017 at Zion United Methodist Church, 1521 Old Fish Road, Monroe, officiated by Rev. John Stein and Rev. Mark Clontz. The family will receive friends from 1- 2:45 pm, prior to the service. Betty will be laid to rest, immediately following the service, at Crooked Creek Primitive Baptist Cemetery, 7920 Crooked Creek Church Road, Monroe.
