Betty Jean (Overcash) Hunsucker, age 72, of 438 Spring Street SW Concord, N.C., died Sunday, June 14, 2009, at Brian Center in Concord, N.C. Mrs. Hunsucker was a Medical Technician for Kannapolis Village Retirement Center and was a member of Calvary Foursquare Church. Mrs. Hunsucker graduated from Hartsell High School. The family meeting place will be at the home 438 Spring Street, Concord.. . Born on January 02, 1937 in Cabarrus County to the late Jonie Overcash and the late Pauline (Stallings) Overcash. Also preceded in death by a sister-Maxine Wetter. She is survived by her Husband- Jack Hunsucker of the home Son-Scott Hunsucker of Concord, NC Daughter-April (Hunsucker) Combs of Granite Quarry, NC Grandchildren-Casey Combs & Hunter Combs, Brother-J.E. Overcash of Brunswick, Ga. and Six Nieces & Nephews. Arrangements are being handled by Hartsell Funeral Home - Concord, where the family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM Wednesday, June 17, 2009.
