Betty Morgan

Betty Jo Curlee Morgan, 65 years of age, of Concord, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.
She was born May 21, 1949 to the late Sebron Bennett Curlee and the late Ocia Mae Helms Curlee. Betty Jo was predeceased by her husband Gary Morgan in 2006, and her daughter Beverly Morgan in 2012.
Her family meant the world to her, especially her two grandsons Jake and Dillon.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. Funeral services will be held immediately following visitation at 3:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel of Concord, officiated by Rev. Darrell Coble. Burial will follow at the Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.
Survivors include her daughter Lesa Morgan Kluttz of Kannapolis, grandsons Jake Kluttz of Concord and Dillon Kluttz of Kannapolis; and her brother Tommy Curlee Sr. of Midland.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Tucker Hospice House for making her last days peaceful and comfortable.
