Beverly Thomas DeClue, 66 years of age, of Stanfield, passed away Friday, April 28, 2017 at Carolinas HealthCare System NorthEast in Concord.
Beverly was born December 10, 1950 in Winston-Salem, NC, to the late Russell Ross "Tommy" Thomas and the late Elizabeth Ruby Mayers Thomas.
She was also preceded in death by son, Todd Cochran.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Monday, May 1, 2017 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm in the funeral home chapel and will be officiated by Rev. Jerry Ingle. Burial will follow at the Locust United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Survivors include husband, Darrell R. DeClue of Locust; son, Robbie (Vickie) Cochran of Midland; son, Troy (Evelyn) Cochran of FL; son, Michael Cochran of FL; son, Travis (Kristen) Cochran of Stanfield; daughter, Danielle Thomas of Albemarle; son, Chris DeClue of TX; daughter, Dorothy DeClue of Raleigh; three brothers, Tony, Tim, and Mike Thomas; one aunt, Pearl Mayers; 28 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one special daughter, Beverly Denise Barrow.
Beverly was a member of the Praising Place Church of God. She loved her family and was a selfless mother to everyone.
