Beverly Furr

Beverly Sue Johnson Furr, age 56 of Albemarle, passed away on Monday, August 13, 2012. A memorial service for family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 25, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, at 17620 Stokes Ferry Road, New London, NC 28127. Mrs. Furr was born in Stanly County on June 13, 1956, to Joan Ann Cabaniss Johnson and the late Robert Laverne Johnson. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Teaoka Freeze; and two brothers, Terry and Jerry Johnson. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Ronnie Green Furr, of Albemarle; two daughters, Crystal Heyer and her husband Jonathan of New London and Erica Furr of Albemarle; one step-daughter, Lisa Furr of Albemarle; one step-son, Jeff Furr of Albemarle; one brother, Mitchell Johnson of Albemarle; one sister, Joan Page of Albemarle; and eight grandchildren, Shian Freeze, Mariah Strickland, Carmen Freeze, Daylon Furr, Nizaih Furr, Brandi Furr, Justin Shaver and Samantha Shaver.
