Billie Haughie

Billie "Kim" Haughie, 62, of Albemarle, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021 in Albemarle.

Haughie was born December 22, 1958 in North Carolina to the late Lee Ollen Morgan and the late Peggy Sue Morgan. She was also preceded in death by husband, Steven Douglas Haughie, and son, Casey Lynn Sides

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Hartsell Funeral Home, 13575 Broadway Avenue, Midland, NC 28107. A graveside service will be held at a later date.

Survivors include daughters, Carrie Sides Long and Jennifer Sides Allen; grandchildren, Amari Allen and Mia Vasquez; and brother, Jamie Morgan.

Kim enjoyed the outdoors and taking care of her flowers, but the most important thing to her was her love for her family. She will be remembered as the sweetest soul and someone who loved everybody.
