Billy Wayne Barbee, age 48 of New London, passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2012. There will be no services. Mr. Barbee was born in Rowan County on February 15, 1963 to Donald Wayne Barbee and Patsy Marlene Roseman Barbee. He is survived by two sons, Joshua Luke Barbee of Concord and Joseph Eric Barbee of Mt. Pleasant. Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Barbee family.
