Billy Freeman

Billy Neal Freeman, 75 years of age, of Monroe, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Autumn Care -Marshville, NC. Billy was born April 29, 1938 in North Carolina to the late Earl Vann Freeman and the late Janie Elizabeth Starnes Freeman.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Brenda Sue Price and Joy Manus. The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday, November 4, 2013 at Hartsell Funeral Home in Midland. The funeral service officiated by Rev. Bruce League will follow in the funeral home chapel at 4:00 pm. Survivors include brothers, Donald (Deanna)Freeman of Locust and Danny (Shelby) Freeman of Oakboro; sister, Ann (Richard) of Monroe and many nephews and nieces. Memorials may be made to charity of donor's choice. Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland is serving the Freeman family.
