Billy Sunday "Sonny" Outen Jr., 57 years of age, of Monroe, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Carolinas Medical Center - Main in Charlotte.
Billy was born May 25, 1956 in South Carolina to the late Billy Sunday Outen and Barbara Jeannette Edwards.
A memorial service will be held 3pm on Sunday, March 23, 2014 at Euto Baptist Church, 6019 Highway 205 in Marshville (New Salem Township).
Survivors include mother, Barbara Jeannette Edwards of Monroe; three sons, Ronnie (Kelly) Katz of Pearl Harbor, HI, Joshua Outen of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Westley Outen of Plattsburgh, NY; daughter, Amanda "Sunni" Outen of Monroe; two brothers, Oscar (Deanna) Outen of Monroe, and Joel Outen of Kannapolis; sister, Deborah Thomas of Monroe; seven grandchildren; spouse, Amy Outen of Monroe.
