Bobbie Bost
March 15, 1957 — April 28, 2015
Bobbie Elizabeth Bost, 58 years of age, of Concord passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at The Brian Center in Concord. Her heavenly Father knocked on her door, she answered and took His hand and went to her heavenly home.
Bobbie was born March 15, 1957 in Cabarrus County to the late G H Bost and Mary Holleman Bost of Concord.
A graveside service and celebration of her precious life was held at 3 pm on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at the West Concord Cemetery, 331 Union Cemetery Rd, SW Concord.
In addition to her mother, she is also survived by her brother, Bob Bost, Jr. of Concord; sister, Tillie B Hathcock and husband Rick of Stanfield; and three nieces, Olivia Bost, Mary Katlyn Bost, and Lainie Bost, all of Mint Hill.
Bobbie loved her family dearly. She especially enjoyed sundrops, chocolate covered cherries, buttercups & going to the beach.
She had a wonderful sense of humor and was loved by everyone who knew her. Even through her many struggles with health problems and everyday challenges she faced, she always remained positive and had strength and endurance that often amazed her care providers and physicians. Bobbie had a lifelong dream of joining the "girl scouts", on April 18,2015 she became an honorary girl scout.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Christopher Connelly at NorthEast Neurology for his compassion and love for Bobbie. He was her favorite doctor. Also, to the staff at the Brian Center in Concord for their extraordinary care, love and compassion for Bobbie.
