Bobbie Mullis

Bobbie Jean Mullis, 69 years of age, of Myrtle Beach, SC, formerly of Midland, NC passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at home surrounded by her family.

"Barbara" was born June 4, 1948 in Concord, NC. She was preceded in death by her son, William "Bill" Haskell Mullis, Jr. in 2004; as well as a grandson, Dusty Mullis.

Survivors include husband of 53 years, William "Haskell" Mullis, Sr. of Myrtle Beach, SC; son, Danny Mullis and Patricia Gavin; son, Allen Mullis and wife, Crystal; and daughter, Cindy Mills and husband, Danny; ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Barbara loved playing BINGO and spending time watching game shows. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew her.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 7, 2017 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. The funeral service will be on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel of Midland, officiated by Rev. Thant McManus. Burial will follow at the Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery in Monroe.
