Bobbie Sue Privette, 88, of Concord, passed away Monday, January 1, 2018 at Carillon Assisted Living in Harrisburg.
Bobbie was born the second of twins on December 13, 1929 in Bessemer City, North Carolina to the late John V. and Nell Horne Myers. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Paul Privette; and son, Joel Arthur Privette.
Bobbie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include daughter, Cheryl and husband, Don, Stine of Charlotte; twin sister, Betty West of Harrisburg; daughter-in-law, Angie Privette; granddaughters, Christina Long of Charlotte and Isabella Privette of Kannapolis; and great-grandsons, Parker and Aiden Kellett.
The funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Pitts Baptist Church, 140 Pitts School Rd NW, Concord, officiated by Rev. B. Scott Davis. Bobbie will be laid to rest at Sunset Memory Gardens, Mint Hill.
