Bobby Clontz

Bobby Lee Clontz, 79, of Monroe, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2021.

Bobby was born December 4, 1942 in Monroe to the late Brown Harris "Bun"  Clontz and the late Ruby Christine Chaney Clontz. He was also preceded in death by his sister Diane Clontz Kimsey .

He loved his family and friends and considered his friends as family as well. He loved the outdoors and working in his garden.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m., Monday, December 13, 2021. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 am at Zion United Methodist Church in Monroe officiated by Rev. Norma Villagrana. Burial will follow at the church cemetery at 1521 Old Fish Rd., Monroe.

Survivors include wife, Lila Clontz of Monroe, NC; daughter, Caroleen Baucom; brother, Lonnie Clontz; niece, Debra Ross; and great nieces, Alana, and Emma; and great nephew Austin.
