Bobby Lemmons

Bobby Gene Lemmons, 89, of Concord, entered into the presence of the Lord Sunday, March 26, 2023 from his residence in Concord. He was a Bible teacher for more than  twenty five years. He loved the Lord first of all, and his wife he cherished dearly, He loved his family, friends and being outdoors, working in the yard, and SINGING!

Mr. Lemmons was born in Albemarle, North Carolina December 31, 1933. He was also preceded in death by brother, Hugh Douglas Lemmons and his mother, Irene Lemmons Sinclair and stepfather, Brady Sinclair.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm, Thursday, March 30, 2023 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Hartsell Funeral Home and be officiated by Bishop Perry Lemmons of Royal Grace Bible Church. Burial will follow at the Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis at Hwy. 29N at I85, Exit 58, Concord.

Survivors include wife, Joyce Dean Barbee Lemmons of Concord, NC, son, Timothy Dale (Deborah) Lemmons, son, James Gregory (Cathy) Lemmons, son, Perry Eugene (Deborah) Lemmons, nine grandchildren, Robby, Kenny, Jenny, Daniel, April, Dusty, Meredith, Mandy, and Amber, also surviving are nine great-grandchildren, Josh, Aleigha, Caleb, Rory, Isabel, Karson, Delana, Ansley (Jo Jo) and Mallory.
