Bobby Shue, Sr.

Bobby David Shue Sr. “Uncle Bob” 81, passed away July 31, 2020 peacefully at his home.

Bob was born July 2, 1939 to the late Arthur “A.D” Shue and his wife Madie “Pearl” of Concord. He is preceded in death by his wife Nancy Shue, and his daughter, Kimberly Shue Helms, along with many great others he cared for deeply.

Bob grew up in Concord and graduated from Winecoff High School. He still met a few of his buddies for breakfast at Troutman's BBQ quite often. He owned and operated “Shue Heating & Air” for years and had many stories to tell about his experiences; along with many other memories his family holds close to them. Besides time spent with his family, his favorite place was Farm Fresh Market. You would see him walking around with his favorite red shirt on helping out or making home-made ice cream! He loved to spend time outside, driving his old Chevy truck and fishing off a pier! Bob did not meet a stranger and he loved everyone.

He is survived by his daughter Amy Shue Bradshaw and his son David Shue, wife Teresa. His grandchildren; Zack McClure (Kasey), Hilarie Barnhardt (Matt), Jennifer Stanton (Todd) and Stephanie Shue, as well as his great grandchildren, Levi & Emryn; Adam & Rylen; Leland, Gracie & Elijah. Brother, Jerry Shue and Sister, Debbie Kluttz - Who miss him greatly, already!

To honor Bobby Shue the family will be hosting a A Celebration of Life will be held August 29, 2020 at 5:30 PM at Bobby’s home - 151 Winecoff Ave N.W. Concord, NC 28025. *All are welcome - Please bring memories!!
