Bobby Sides

Bobby F. Sides, age 69 of Albemarle, passed away on October 13, 2011 at his home. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle on Friday, October 14 from 7pm until 9pm. At other times the family will meet at his home. The funeral service will be held at Faith Freewill Baptist Church, New London, on Saturday, October 15 at 11am, officiated by Pastor Sam Wilson and Pastor Andrew Ball. Burial will follow at Faith Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Sides was born in Cabarrus County on October 25, 1941 to the late Raymond and Elsie Lambert Sides. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Judy Barbee. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Nancy Hatley Sides, of the home and his adopted grandchild, Jacob Lee Barbee.
