Brenda Louise Dennis, 72 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2016 at her home in Albemarle.
Mrs. Dennis was born February 21, 1944 in North Carolina to the late George Rufus Bowers and the late Flonnie May Bowers. Brenda was an avid animal lover that was always smiling, but she will be remembered most as a loving sister, mother, and grandmother.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel in Albemarle officiated by Pastor Tony Thomas.
Survivors include: daughter, Sally Bish; granddaughters, Flossie "Beth" Stroud and Destiny Nicole Bish; brother, Bobby Bowers; sister, Evie Bowers; sister, Wanda Bowers; brother, Coy "Butch" Bowers; sister, Melvie Earnhardt and brother, Wesley Bowers.
