Brenda Lambert

Brenda Faye Lambert, age 71, of Oakboro, passed away Monday, July 7, 2014 at Hospice of Union County in Monroe.

Brenda was born August 22, 1942 in Cabarrus County to the late Cecil Van Lambert and the late Velma Louise Smith Lambert.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. The funeral service will be at 3:00 pm on Thursday, July 10, 2014 in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Jack Hildreth.

She is survived by her son, Jeff Lambert and wife Alesia of Monroe; daughter, Donna Allen and husband Larry of Oakboro; five grandchildren, Johnathan Lambert, Danielle Hartsell, Hailey Barbee, Brittany Medlin, and Landon Allen; and seven great-grandchildren.

Brenda was a faithful member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Monroe. She loved the Lord, her family, and friends.
